NDIS support across Western Sydney
Unified Steps provides one-to-one disability support across Western Sydney, with a particular focus on children, young people and adults who want practical support to take part in everyday life.
Our team is based in the Plumpton area and supports participants in their homes and communities. We do not have a public-facing office, so support is arranged directly with you rather than at a walk-in location.
We currently work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Before we begin, we will confirm that your funding arrangement and the support you need fit with what we can offer.

Unified Steps is currently unregistered and progressing through NDIS registration. Self-managed and plan-managed funding only. We cannot accept NDIA-managed funding. SIL availability depends on our registration application.
